Weekly regime-switcher. If volatility spikes, park in a long U.S. dollar ETF (USDU). Otherwise, if inflation‑protected Treasuries (TIP) are rising, buy the 3 strongest stocks in S&P/Nasdaq/Dow. If not, rotate into top‑trending commodities and bonds.

Each week: 1) Panic check—if VIXY’s 10‑day RSI > 75, move to USDU (a long U.S. dollar fund). RSI is a 0–100 “speed” gauge; high = sharp jump. VIXY jumps when markets panic. 2) If no panic: If TIP (inflation‑protected Treasuries) rose over ~3 months, go risk‑on: split into S&P/Nasdaq/Dow baskets and in each buy the 3 strongest by 20‑day trend. If TIP didn’t rise, go risk‑off: split between top‑trending commodities and bonds. Rebalance weekly.
