A symphony is an automated trading strategy — Learn more about symphonies here

About

A tactical, rules‑driven strategy that chases strong uptrends with leveraged tech/growth, buys dips carefully, hedges panics with VIX or moves to T‑Bills, and shifts to Treasuries or commodity hedges when rates/commodities lead.
NutHow it works
It’s a rules engine that: 1) Reads a bond/inflation dashboard (LQD vs STPZ) and a fear gauge (VIX funds). 2) If trend is up and fear is low, it rides high‑octane growth funds (TQQQ, TECL, UPRO, SOXL). 3) If markets spike or drop fast, it briefly hedges (UVXY) or parks in T‑Bills (BIL). 4) If bonds lead, it holds Treasuries (TMF/TYD). If commodities lead, it uses DBC/GLD. RSI = “how stretched” price is; moving average = a trend line.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, rules-based strategy that chases growth in favorable markets while hedging spikes and rotating into bonds/commodities as regimes shift. OOS: ~18.3% return, Calmar 0.32, Sharpe 0.58— diversified risk controls vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
