A tactical, all‑weather system that flips between crash protection, bonds, commodities, and “buy‑the‑dip” trades in leveraged tech/S&P/semis using short‑term signals (RSI, moving averages, VIX) and an inflation‑aware macro gate (LQD vs STPZ).
NutHow it works
It’s an all‑weather, switchable portfolio. First it checks a short‑term “inflation vs credit” signal (LQD vs STPZ). Then it reads fear (VIX), trend (moving averages), and “heat” (RSI): - If fear is high or trends break, it moves to cash, bond shorts/long USD, or crash hedges (UVXY/SPXU). - If trends are healthy and something is washed out (RSI low), it buys the dip in high‑beta ETFs (TQQQ, SPXL, SOXL). - A bond sleeve shifts between normal Treasuries, 3x long Treasuries when rates fall, or bond shorts/strong USD when rates rise. - If commodities trend strongly, it can favor DBC/GLD/USO.
