About

A TQQQ‑centric, rules‑driven strategy: ride tech uptrends hard, step aside when overheated, buy dips when washed out, and hide in inverse Nasdaq, volatility, or bonds in downtrends. Very high risk due to leveraged ETFs and UVXY.
NutHow it works
First it checks if the broad market (SPY) is in an uptrend (price above its 200‑day average). If yes, it mostly rides tech via TQQQ (3x Nasdaq). When things look “too hot” (RSI, a 0–100 heat meter; >~80), it flips to UVXY (volatility) or SQQQ (inverse Nasdaq). When “too cold” (RSI <~30), it buys dips in TQQQ/TECL/SOXL (3x tech/semis). If trends turn down (SPY weak or TQQQ below 20‑day), it shifts to SQQQ or bonds (TLT/BSV). One variant also “surfs” 2 weak funds short‑term.
CheckmarkValue prop
High‑octane tech/Nasdaq strategy with regime filters and hedges. OOS annualized return ~74%, Calmar ~1.70, Sharpe ~1.30 vs S&P ~21.7% and ~1.32. Expect higher drawdowns (~43%), but upside can outperform the S&P in tech cycles.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
