About

A fast, rules‑based strategy that rides tech‑led uptrends with 3x ETFs and buys big dips, but quickly shifts to cash/bonds or volatility hedges when fear or downtrends appear. Also rotates among defensive sleeves, USD, and commodities. Daily, adaptive.
NutHow it works
It’s a rules engine that: - Reads the “tape”: trend lines (moving averages), a hot/cold gauge (RSI), and a fear gauge (VIX). - If tech is trending or very oversold, it buys 3x funds (TQQQ/SPXL/SOXL) to ride rebounds. - If trend breaks or fear spikes, it moves to T‑Bills (BIL), bonds (TMF/VGLT), or hedges (UVXY/SPXU). - A scoreboard compares high‑beta stocks, defensive long/short (BTAL), utilities (UTSL) vs bonds (AGG). - Can also hold US dollar (USDU) or commodities (DBC/GLD). Rebalances daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, rules-based strategy captures tech-led upside while hedging risk with cash, bonds, volatility, and currencies/commodities. Out-of-sample returns are competitive with the S&P, with a disciplined risk-management toolkit for tough markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
