A daily, rules‑based, high‑octane strategy: buy 3x tech/semis in uptrends or on dips, rotate to bonds/defensives when rates/volatility warn, and hedge with VIX or short ETFs in crashes. Very high risk; expects big swings.

Each day it checks: fear (VIXM), trend (SPY/QQQ vs their moving averages), interest rates (bonds vs cash), and risk appetite (tech vs utilities). If calm/uptrend, it buys 3x tech/Nasdaq/semis (TQQQ, SPXL, SOXL). On sharp dips (RSI≈0–100 score; low=sold‑off), it buys those dips. If volatility spikes or rates rise, it shifts to Treasuries (TMF/VGLT), the dollar (USDU), defensives (BTAL/UTSL), cash (BIL), or hedges (UVXY/shorts).
