About

A daily, rule‑based, risk‑on/risk‑off strategy: ride 3x tech/S&P in uptrends, shift to cash/treasuries/defensive when shaky, and use VIX/short hedges in panics. Signals are simple (RSI, trend, drawdown) to capture rallies while cutting downside.
NutHow it works
Each day it reads market mood and trend. If fear is low and stocks trend up, it holds high‑octane stock funds (3x Nasdaq/S&P/semis). If conditions weaken, it parks in T‑Bills or Treasuries, utilities, or an anti‑beta fund. In panics it briefly hedges with a VIX fund or short ETFs. Rules use RSI (a 0–100 speedometer of recent moves), moving averages (trend lines), and drawdown checks. It also buys brief “pops” after sharp drops.
CheckmarkValue prop
Targets S&P-like growth (~23.4%/yr) with a rules-based risk-on/off framework and hedges to capture rallies and panic spikes. Note: out-of-sample results show higher volatility and larger drawdowns, so best for investors with higher risk tolerance.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
