This strategy watches QQQ, a popular fund that tracks the Nasdaq-100 (big growth companies like Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon). If QQQ falls hard in a single day, it tries to buy the most beaten-down high-growth area: Nasdaq, semiconductors, or biotech, often using extra-aggressive 3x funds. If QQQ rises too much in one day, it may bet on a pullback using inverse funds. On calmer days, it mostly follows QQQ, but becomes more defensive when the broader market trend looks weak.
