About

A fast, rules-based swing strategy that flips between bullish and bearish semiconductor/Nasdaq ETFs. It buys sharp dips, sells/hedges sharp rips, and uses the bond market as a safety check. Very high risk: uses 3x and volatility ETFs.
NutHow it works
Trades fast-moving ETFs, mainly semiconductors (SOXL up, SOXS down) and the Nasdaq (TQQQ up, SQQQ down). It gauges extremes with RSI (a 0–100 “hot/cold” score), quick 1–6 day jumps/drops, and a bond “sanity check” (short vs long Treasuries). Big rips → hedge with UVXY/inverse; big dips + calm bonds → buy the bounce. Volatility spikes → park in UVXY.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: 22.12% annualized return vs S&P 21.80%, with proactive risk controls (bonds, UVXY hedges) and rapid semis/Nasdaq swings. Expect higher upside with higher drawdown risk—diversification and regime flexibility offered.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
