About
An aggressive, daily, rules-based switcher using 3x tech/S&P funds. It rides uptrends, buys brief dips with bond confirmation, and hedges or goes inverse when markets look overheated or weak using volatility, bonds, the dollar, or commodities. Very high risk.
It’s an aggressive, daily rule set. First it labels trend (long-term 200-day and short-term 20-day averages). Then it:
- Rides uptrends by buying 2 recent laggards among TQQQ (3x Nasdaq), SPXL/UPRO (3x S&P), SOXL (3x semis), TMF (3x long Treasuries).
- Buys sharp dips when RSI (0–100 “heat gauge”) is very low, but only if bonds confirm.
- If things look red‑hot (RSI ~80), it flips briefly to UVXY (volatility).
- If trend weakens, it parks in cash/bonds (BIL/BSV/AGG), dollar (UUP), commodities (DBC), or inverse 3x funds (SQQQ/SPXS/SOXS).
Out-of-sample, this strategy targets ~40% annualized return vs ~23% for the S&P, using leverage, trend/dip rules, and hedges. Higher upside comes with higher drawdowns; suited for risk-tolerant growth seekers.
