About

A daily, rules-based switcher: buy leveraged ETFs on oversold bounces, hedge or sit in cash when markets overheat, ride leaders in uptrends, shift to inverse, bonds, or BTAL in weak regimes, and at times rotate into strong single-stock income ETFs.
NutHow it works
Daily, it turns a risk dial with simple checks. - RSI = a speedometer of recent gains/losses (0 cold, 100 hot). Hot (>~80): hedge with UVXY/VIXY or hold cash (BIL). Cold (<~30): buy bounces via 3x bulls (TQQQ, UPRO, TECL/SOXL). - Otherwise, medium-term trend and 20/200-day averages decide: ride leaders (SPY/QQQ/XLK/SOXX or 3x) or go defensive (BTAL, PSQ/SDS, bonds/cash). - Sometimes rotates into fast-improving YieldMax income ETFs (TSLY, NVDY, APLY…) using 5–21d results. - Spike/slump trip-wires cut risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: Sharpe 0.28, annualized 2.30%, max drawdown 26.58%. This strategy complements the S&P by dynamic hedging, bonds, and YieldMax income rotations for regime shifts and diversification.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
