Rule-based plan with a tech/AI tilt. In uptrends it holds QQQ or BOTZ unless Nasdaq is overheated (then hedge with PSQ). In downtrends it buys deep dips (QLD/SPY) or mixes hedges (PSQ/SH) with safety (SHY). Uses 200‑day trend, 10‑day RSI, 5‑day momentum.

Checks if SPY is above its 200‑day average to tell uptrend vs downtrend (RSI is a 0–100 “hot/cold” gauge of recent moves). Uptrend: if Nasdaq looks overheated (10‑day RSI>81) use PSQ; else hold the recent winner of QQQ vs BOTZ (AI/robotics). Downtrend: buy sharp dips (QLD if QQQ oversold, else SPY if SPY oversold). If still weak (QQQ under 20‑day avg), split between defense (PSQ or SHY) and either SH or BOTZ by short‑term strength; else hold QQQ.
