A rules-based swing strategy that rotates among Nasdaq tech (QQQ/QLD), AI/robotics (BOTZ), hedges (PSQ/SH), and short-term Treasuries (SHY) using market trend (SPY 200-day), overbought/oversold signals, and 5-day momentum.
NutHow it works
1) Trend filter: If SPY (S&P 500) is above its 200-day average -> risk-on; otherwise -> risk-off. Risk-on: If QQQ (Nasdaq-100) is extremely overbought, flip to PSQ (short QQQ). Else own whichever did better over the last 5 days: QQQ or BOTZ (AI/robotics). Risk-off: If QQQ is very oversold, buy QLD (2x QQQ). Else if SPY is oversold, buy SPY. Else if QQQ is below its 20-day average, split 50/50 between: (PSQ, short QQQ, or SHY, short-term Treasuries) and (SH, short S&P 500, or BOTZ); otherwise hold QQQ.
