This strategy focuses on biotech. When biotech looks strong, it buys a leveraged biotech fund (BIB) to amplify gains. When biotech looks overheated or dangerous, it may switch to an inverse biotech fund (BIS), which rises when biotech falls. If conditions look shaky, it hides in safer areas like gold, the U.S. dollar, and steadier sectors such as health care, utilities, or staples.
