1) Big trend check: Is SPY above its 200‑day average (a trend line)? If yes = uptrend; else = risk‑off. Uptrend: Own the recent winner of QQQ (big tech) or ARKQ (AI/robotics). If QQQ looks “too hot” short‑term (RSI very high), move to PSQ (moves opposite QQQ). Risk‑off: If QQQ or SPY look “washed‑out” (RSI very low), buy QLD (2x QQQ) or SPY for a rebound. If not, and QQQ is weak, split 50/50 between PSQ/SHY and SH/ARKQ (based on short‑term strength). Otherwise hold QQQ. RSI = a quick “too hot/too cold” meter.
