If SPY is above its 200‑day avg: if QQQ is hot, hold PSQ; else hold the 5‑day winner of QQQ vs ARKQ. If SPY is below: if QQQ is very cold, buy QLD; else if SPY is cold, buy SPY; else if QQQ is below its 20‑day, split between (PSQ or SHY) and (SH or ARKQ) by recent strength; otherwise hold QQQ.
