A market-stress strategy that either hides in short-term Treasury bills or makes an aggressive bet on rising market fear using UVXY when stocks look overheated or unstable.

This strategy watches many parts of the stock market for signs that prices have risen too far, too fast over the last 10 days. If any of those warning signs appear, it goes 100% into UVXY, a very aggressive fund that usually rises when market fear jumps. If no warning signs appear, it moves to BIL, a cash-like short-term Treasury fund. So it is mostly a switch between “fear trade” and “safe parking.”
