A very high-risk trading strategy that usually makes a leveraged bet on semiconductor stocks, but can quickly switch to betting on tech falling or on market volatility rising.
NutHow it works
This strategy is an aggressive market-timing system focused mostly on semiconductor stocks. Most of the time, it buys SOXL, a fund that makes amplified bets on chip companies. If the broad U.S. stock market looks overheated, it switches into UVXY or VIXY, which are bets that market fear will rise. In other conditions, it may either bet against tech with SOXS or SQQQ, or buy the most beaten-up bullish tech fund between SOXL and TECL.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
