About

Checks the market trend with QQQ. In uptrends it rides strength (unless it looks overheated, then it flips to volatility). In downtrends it adds a small defensive sleeve and buys the most oversold names. Heavy use of 3x ETFs; risky.
NutHow it works
First, trend: is QQQ above its 175‑day average? If yes: if the 10‑day “heat score” (RSI, 0–100) of TQQQ>79 or SPXL>80, buy UVXY (a VIX/volatility fund). Else hold 10% UPRO (3x S&P) and 90% in the 9 strongest names by 45‑day heat score. If no: check TLT vs 21‑day avg. If falling, hold 10% TMV (short bonds) + the single weakest name (28‑day). Else 10% BTAL + the two weakest (30‑day). Uses many 3x ETFs; very high risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime-driven, tactical strategy blending momentum with hedges to diversify a core S&P 500 sleeve. In OOS, it produced 17.11% annualized returns with a volatility-aware hedge for sharp market moves—designed to complement SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
