A daily, rule-based system scans a large pool of assets (leveraged ETFs, broad market proxies, cash/bond substitutes, and volatility hedges). It uses RSI and momentum metrics plus drawdown checks to rank and select a small subset of assets (often with heavy weighting to a core exposure) and parks a portion in cash proxies (BIL) when risk signals are elevated. The strategy is organized in thematic blocks (Safe, Normal, Danger, Bond-Stock rotations) that feed into a final allocation, sometimes using a KMLM switcher for alternative exposure paths. It rebalances every day.
