High-octane, rules-based swing strategy: mostly rides 3x semiconductor/tech uptrends, hedges or shorts when markets get too hot or crack. Uses bond (TLT, BIL vs IEF) and commodity (DBC) signals to switch between offense and defense. Rebalances daily.

Daily rules pick one ETF. It reads stock “heat” (RSI = short‑term hot/cold), bonds, and commodities. If stocks are overheated, buy volatility (UVXY/VIXY). If washed out, buy 3x tech/semis (SOXL/TECL/TQQQ)—unless bonds flash stress, then use 3x inverse (SOXS/SQQQ) or 20yr Treasuries (TMF long/TMV short). A BIL vs IEF check and DBC (commodities) volatility choose offense vs defense.
