A symphony is an automated trading strategy — Learn more about symphonies here

About

A fast, rules‑based trader that buys sharp dips in tech/semis and hedges or parks in T‑bills/income when markets look hot or risky. Uses leveraged ETFs, volatility and bond/commodity signals. Rebalanced daily; designed for quick swings, not set‑and‑forget.
NutHow it works
Daily, it checks who looks stronger this week: bonds or stocks (using a simple hot/cold score). - If bonds win: play defense (short tech/semis, hold T‑bills/JEPI, use volatility and dollar hedges). - If stocks win: play offense (buy the most beaten‑down 2x–3x tech/semis for a short bounce). Extra guards watch volatility, rates, and commodities to switch fast.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, rules-based strategy captures short-term tech/semis rebounds with fast hedges and regime switching. Out-of-sample return 35.4% vs 21.0% for the S&P; higher upside potential, but larger drawdowns (~40% vs ~19%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
