A symphony is an automated trading strategy — Learn more about symphonies here

About

A daily, rules‑driven swing trader. It buys dips in fast tech/semis, hedges or shorts when markets overheat, and uses bond trends to choose offense vs defense. Falls back to cash/income when unsure. Includes a separate Bitcoin/ARK momentum sleeve.
NutHow it works
Each day the system asks two questions: Are stocks/crypto hot or cold right now? What is the bond market telling us about risk? - If stocks (esp. tech/semis) look washed out, it buys fast movers (e.g., SOXL, TQQQ). - If markets look overheated or volatility is rising, it hedges or goes inverse (SQQQ, SOXS) or uses volatility funds (UVXY), or parks in cash/income (BIL, JEPI). - Bond signals (short vs long Treasuries) decide whether to play offense or defense. - A separate sleeve trades Bitcoin/ARK funds the same way: buy strength after pullbacks, hedge when overextended.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, rules-based mix of leveraged tech, hedges, bonds, and crypto. Out-of-sample, expected upside ≈60% annualized vs SPY ≈23%, with built-in risk controls; but note the strategy can endure larger drawdowns and higher volatility.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
