About
Daily, one-position strategy: buy 3x chips when they look oversold, short 3x real estate when the market looks overheated, otherwise hold the best 60‑day performer among Deere, Eversource, Nu, or Tenaris. Very high risk.
Each day it reads simple “heat” gauges (RSI: a 0–100 score of recent up vs down days). If chip stocks (SOXX) look washed out (RSI<35), it buys a 3x chip fund (SOXL) for a bounce. Else if the S&P 500 (SPY) looks hot (RSI>62), it shorts real estate via a 3x inverse fund (DRV). Otherwise it owns the past‑60‑day winner among: Deere (farm machines), Eversource (utility), Nu (Brazilian bank), or Tenaris (oil/gas pipes). One holding at a time. Very high risk.
Out-of-sample, the strategy targets ~50% annualized return vs SPY’s ~21%, with higher risk and ~38% max drawdown. It seeks outsized upside via levered chip bets and momentum, in a single-position, high-volatility setup.
