About

Daily, single-position tactic: buy triple-long semiconductors when they look washed out; else short real estate if the market looks hot; else hold the strongest 60‑day performer among DE, ES, NU, TS. Uses 3x ETFs—very volatile.
NutHow it works
Each day: 1) If chip stocks (SOXX) look “washed out” (RSI, a 0–100 too cold/too hot gauge, is below 35), buy SOXL (triple‑long semiconductors). 2) Else if the S&P 500 (SPY) looks “hot” (RSI above 62), buy DRV (triple‑short real estate). 3) Else, buy the best 60‑day performer among DE (farm equipment), ES (utility), NU (fintech bank), TS (energy pipes). One holding. Very volatile due to 3x ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample strategy aims for ~50%/yr vs SPY ~21%, with a disciplined 1‑position rotation: dip-buy 3x semis, short 3x REITs when markets heat, or the top 60‑day stock. Calmar ~1.32; max drawdown ~38%—strong upside with managed risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
