This strategy mixes two very different engines: a steady core and a fast trading layer. The steady core always holds SCHD, SCHG, DBMF, and KMLM for dividends, growth, and diversification. The trading layer checks each day whether markets look strong, weak, overheated, or panicky, then rotates among aggressive tech funds, defensive funds, bonds, cash-like funds, and volatility hedges.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
