About

Daily, it concentrates in the strongest sector or QQQ when conditions are calm, falls back to bonds after bigger drops, uses a VIX hedge if tech looks overheated, and adds small trend-driven sleeves in Bitcoin and leveraged real estate.
NutHow it works
Each day it: - Checks if tech is “too hot” (a short-term heat gauge on TQQQ). If yes, it parks in a volatility hedge (VXX/UVXY). - Otherwise, ranks sectors by last 10 days and buys the winner—only if it hasn’t dropped >5% in the past month; if it has, it holds safe bonds (SHY/AGG/BND). - A small sleeve buys Bitcoin (GBTC) only when its price is above its 50‑day average; otherwise it mirrors the sector/bond logic. - A tiny sleeve toggles 3× real estate (DRN/NAIL vs DRV) based on a simple 7‑day bond trend.
CheckmarkValue prop
Risk-managed, regime-aware strategy with volatility hedges, bonds fallback, sector rotation, and crypto/real-estate sleeves. Out-of-sample: ~5.9% annualized return, Sharpe ~0.44, Calmar ~0.25—designed for diversification and downside protection vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
