An aggressive, daily‑rebalanced “tech/semis first” system. It rides uptrends with 3x ETFs (TQQQ/SOXL/TECL), hedges or flips to inverse or UVXY when markets look overheated or weak, using trend, RSI and bond signals; can park in T‑Bills.

It switches daily among: 3x tech/semis (TQQQ=3x Nasdaq, SOXL=3x semis, TECL=3x tech), their inverse bears (SQQQ, SOXS, TECS), volatility (UVXY), Treasuries (TMF/TMV), T‑Bills (BIL), plus a few others. It uses: a trend filter (is SPY above its 200‑day avg?), RSI (a recent “hot vs cold” score), crash/sideways rules, and Treasury trends (TLT) as a tie‑breaker. Uptrends: ride winners; overheated: hedge/cut risk; weak: go inverse or BIL.
