A high-risk, daily-traded strategy that focuses on the 5 most volatile names in a list of major stocks, then switches between bullish, bearish, and cash-like positions based on recent price behavior.

Each day, the strategy looks at 11 well-known stocks and picks the 5 that have been swinging around the most over the last 14 days. For each of those 5, it uses a simple playbook: if the stock looks heavily sold off, it bets on a rebound—often with a leveraged fund. If the stock is still trending upward, it stays bullish, usually through VGT (a broad technology fund). If the stock looks too stretched or weak, it either moves to short-term Treasury bills (BIL) or, for some names, uses a fund that profits if that stock falls.
