About

Daily, 90% rotates into the first “calm” sector pair (20‑day drawdown < 5%); if tech looks overheated, it briefly hedges in VXX. 10% holds Bitcoin (GBTC) only when trending up; otherwise it follows the same sector rule.
NutHow it works
Daily process. 90%: If a tech “thermometer” (TQQQ’s 10‑day RSI—a speed/overheat gauge) is very high (>~79), shift to VXX (a product that can jump when stocks fall). Otherwise pick the first sector that’s been calm (its worst 1‑month drop < 5%): QQQ+XLY → XLC+XLI → XLB+XLE → XLP+XLV → XLU+XLF → XLRE; if none, SHY (short‑term Treasuries). 10%: Hold GBTC (Bitcoin) when price is above its 50‑day average; else use the same sector rule.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~16.7% annual return, beta ~0.69, Sharpe ~0.97. Disciplined risk system (5% drawdown gate, VXX hedge, crypto sleeve, daily rotation) delivers diversified, lower-beta exposure vs SPY with solid risk-adjusted performance.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
