This strategy is a fast-moving market timer built mainly around TQQQ, a fund that aims to move about 3 times as much as the Nasdaq-100 each day. When tech looks healthy, it buys TQQQ or similar aggressive funds. When the market looks overheated, it jumps into UVXY, a volatility fund that tends to surge when fear spikes. If rates are rising or markets weaken, it may shift into Treasuries, gold, the U.S. dollar, or even a bearish Nasdaq fund.
