This strategy watches for panic in the stock market using UVXY, a fund that jumps when fear spikes, and SPY, a broad U.S. stock-market fund. Most of the time it sits in BIL, a very short-term Treasury-bill fund (a cash-like parking spot). During sharp fear spikes, it may buy UVXY to ride the panic, or switch to aggressive rebound trades like SOXL, TECL, or UPRO. In deep selloffs, it buys the most beaten-down option from a small list.
