A fast-moving strategy that mainly trades around big U.S. tech: it goes bullish with TQQQ, bearish with QID, defensive with TMF, and panic-sensitive with UVXY when the Nasdaq looks too overheated.

This strategy checks whether the Nasdaq-100 (QQQ) looks unusually overheated over many short time periods. If it does, that portion moves into UVXY, a very aggressive fund that tends to jump when stock-market fear rises. If not, it asks whether tech stocks (XLK) are acting stronger than KMLM, a managed-futures fund often used as a calmer, crisis-resistant comparison. If tech is stronger, it buys TQQQ unless the broad market also looks too overheated, in which case it uses TMF instead. If tech is weaker, it buys QID, which rises when the Nasdaq falls.
