About

A daily, tech‑heavy, leveraged strategy: ride Nasdaq uptrends with TQQQ, flip to UVXY when the market looks overheated, buy sharp tech/semis dips, or pivot to SQQQ or short‑term bonds when momentum turns down.
NutHow it works
Daily: 1) If the Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ) looks extremely overheated by a “hot/cold” score (RSI) across many timeframes, buy UVXY (a fund that jumps when fear/volatility rises). 2) Else, if TQQQ (3x Nasdaq) is above its 200‑day average, hold TQQQ. 3) Else, buy deep dips via TECL (3x tech) or SOXL (3x semis). 4) If weakness persists, pick SQQQ (3x short Nasdaq) or BSV (short‑term bonds), whichever looks stronger.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe 1.46 vs 0.83 for the S&P, ~107% annualized return vs 14.8%, and Calmar 2.89. Delivers stronger risk-adjusted upside via trend/volatility signals, with higher drawdown risk in stressed markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
