A trend-following U.S. stock strategy: it holds several stock funds in good markets, shifts weak pieces to short-term Treasuries, and goes fully defensive when the Nasdaq trend turns down.
NutHow it works
This strategy first asks: “Is the U.S. growth stock market in a healthy uptrend?” It uses QQQ (a fund full of large growth/tech stocks) as the signal. If not, it moves everything into BIL, a very safe short-term Treasury fund. If the trend looks healthy, it spreads money across 5 U.S. stock ideas. Each one must pass its own trend test; if it fails, that slice also goes to BIL. Calmer holdings get bigger weights, and one slice uses TQQQ, a much more aggressive fund tied to the Nasdaq.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
