Your money is split into 3 sleeves: 42% bonds (TMF), 48% stocks (UPRO), 10% a nimble “Beta Baller.” Each sleeve watches simple “heat” and trend/rates checks. When conditions are good it holds 3× funds (UPRO, TECL/TQQQ/SOXL, TMF). When overheated or risky it parks in T‑bills (SHV/BIL), defensive BTAL, or uses VIXY/UVXY as a hedge. RSI here is just a speed/heat gauge (high=hot, low=cold).
