This strategy splits money into 3 parts and constantly asks: are stocks or bonds getting too hot, too weak, or starting to turn? It mainly jumps between aggressive stock funds, long-term Treasury bond funds, cash-like Treasury bills, and fear/volatility funds. It often buys after sharp drops, steps aside when markets look overheated, and uses special hedges during stressful periods.
