It uses two simple tools: RSI (a 0–100 “stretch” score: high=overbought, low=oversold) and 30/200‑day moving averages (trend: price above=uptrend). If the S&P 500 is in an uptrend, it mostly holds UPRO (3x S&P), but goes to BIL (T‑Bills) if it’s extremely hot, or TMF (3x long Treasuries) if just hot. In downtrends, it buys TECL (3x tech) only on deep tech selloffs; otherwise it toggles among TLT (long Treasuries), UPRO, or BIL using short‑term trend and a simple risk‑on test. Rebalances daily; can split 50/50 when bonds look weak.
