A daily, rules-based switcher among 3× S&P 500 (UPRO), 3× tech (TECL), long Treasuries (TLT/TMF), or T‑bills (BIL). It follows trend, buys rebounds when tech is washed out, and steps aside when markets look too hot. No K‑1 tax forms.

Each day it asks: Is the S&P 500 (SPY) in an uptrend (price > 200‑day avg)? If yes: if the market looks “too hot” short‑term (RSI = 0–100 heat gauge), it parks in T‑bills (BIL); else it holds 3× S&P (UPRO) unless momentum is very strong, then 3× Treasuries (TMF). If no: if big tech (QQQ) looks washed‑out it buys 3× tech (TECL); else it toggles between Treasuries (TLT) and UPRO, with extra “too hot” checks that can send it to BIL. Uses 1099 ETFs (no K‑1).
