Split 100% across sleeves: 10% commodities (DBC), 10% gold (GLD), 20% Treasuries: 7–10yr (IEF) and 20+yr that can switch to 1–3yr (TLT/SHY), 40% stocks: S&P 500 (SPY) + Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ) with occasional semis (SOXX), 10% U.S. dollar (UUP), 10% consumer staples (XLP). Own only when price trend is up (vs moving averages); otherwise hold T‑bills (SHV). RSI (a “heat” gauge) helps avoid buying when too hot and can trigger hedges (PSQ) or 2x funds (QLD/QID) in deep Nasdaq selloffs. Rebalanced daily.
