This is a fast-moving strategy made of many mini-systems. Most of them watch US tech, chip stocks, the broad market, bonds, and market fear. If prices look beaten down, it often buys aggressive funds that rise extra-fast. If prices look overheated or fear jumps, it may buy funds that profit when markets fall, or move into very short-term bonds/cash-like holdings.
