- Every day it checks simple signals: • RSI (a speedometer of recent moves): high = overheated, low = washed out. • Trend (price vs moving average): uptrend vs downtrend. • Fear gauges (VIX funds), bonds, and commodities to spot risk-on/off. - When tech/semis look strong or very washed out, it buys 3x bulls (TQQQ/SOXL). If they look overheated or fear spikes, it flips to 3x bears (SQQQ/SOXS) or cash (BIL/ICSH). - Separate sleeves add diversification by rotating among stocks, long bonds, commodities, and the US dollar based on recent performance. - Very active and high risk because it uses 3x ETFs.
