About

Own UDOW (3x Dow 30) during stock market uptrends. When the market gets overheated, falls fast, or turns volatile, shift to cash, Treasuries, or hedges (SPXU/UVXY). In downtrends, stay defensive and take only select oversold bounces.
NutHow it works
Step 1: Is the S&P 500 in a long-term uptrend (price above its 200‑day average)? If yes, hold UDOW (3x Dow 30) most of the time. Step 2: If the market runs too hot, drops sharply, or gets very jumpy, switch to cash (BIL), long Treasuries (TLT), or hedges (SPXU/UVXY). If not in an uptrend, mostly stay defensive and only buy brief, deeply washed‑out dips.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~38% vs SPY ~21%, with a risk-adjusted edge (Sharpe ~1.0, Calmar ~0.94). It aims to ride durable uptrends with UDOW and hedge volatility. Note: higher drawdowns are possible but upside potential is compelling.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
