About
A rules‑driven “risk‑on/risk‑off” machine. Bonds act as traffic lights. In healthy conditions it piles into strong trends (often tech/semis with leverage). When risk rises it moves to Treasuries, cash‑like ETFs, managed futures, inverse or volatility funds to seek high returns with controlled drawdowns.
Think of it as a traffic‑light plus turbo. It first checks trend (moving averages = average price lines) and “speed” (RSI, 0–100: high=hot/overbought, low=cold/oversold) for stocks, bonds and commodities.
• Green: ride the strongest areas—often tech/semis—using leveraged funds (e.g., TQQQ, SOXL).
• Yellow/Red: shift to Treasuries (TMF/TMV), cash‑like T‑Bills, managed‑futures (DBMF), inverse or volatility funds (SQQQ, UVXY).
Extreme moves: fade rips or buy dips. Rules switch frequently.
Out-of-sample annualized return ~26% vs S&P 500 ~20%, powered by a disciplined risk-on/risk-off regime. It aims high upside with hedges in pullbacks; Calmar ~0.76 supports risk-adjusted gains, but drawdowns can be ~35%.
