This strategy keeps about half the money in SPY, which tracks 500 large U.S. companies. The other half is a tactical sleeve. If the overall U.S. stock market has risen too fast recently, it parks that half in BIL, a cash-like Treasury fund. If not, it checks whether crypto-related stocks are stronger than regular market stocks. If crypto looks stronger, it buys the hottest Bitcoin-related names. If not, it holds a basket tied to stable/rising markets.
