About

Aggressive, rules‑based plan that rides semiconductor/tech rallies with 3x ETFs when trends are healthy, and quickly hedges or goes defensive during spikes using volatility funds, the U.S. dollar, or short‑term Treasuries. Trades daily; very high risk.
NutHow it works
Uses three dashboards: trend (S&P above 200‑day avg?), heat (RSI = “how hot/cold”), and shocks (1‑day moves in SMH = semis ETF). Calm uptrends: ride chips/tech via SMH or SOXL (3x long), or top chip stocks. Overheated: hedge with UVXY (volatility) or step to SHY (short‑term Treasuries). Sharp drops: buy dips (SOXL/TQQQ = 3x Nasdaq) if bonds agree; else protect with SOXS/SQQQ (3x short). High stress: rotate to UVXY/UUP (strong $) or DBC. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: 26.7% annualized return vs S&P 24.3%, driven by a rules-based tech/semis tilt with volatility hedges. Higher upside, but larger drawdowns—suitable for investors who tolerate risk and seek stronger compounding.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
