About

Switches between 2x Bitcoin, regular Bitcoin, or short‑term Treasuries based on Bitcoin’s trend, recent surge, and volatility to capture upside in good times and step aside in bad.
NutHow it works
It watches Bitcoin’s price and asks three questions: Is price above its 50‑day average (uptrend)? Has it surged lately (strong 3‑day gains)? Is it calm (lower recent volatility)? - Strong, calm uptrend: use a 2x Bitcoin ETF (BITX). - Uptrend but not calm/strong: use a regular Bitcoin ETF (IBIT). - Downtrend: move to short‑term Treasuries (SHV). Note: a logic quirk may prevent the 2x step from triggering.
CheckmarkValue prop
Crypto-timing exposure with a risk-off guard for BTC cycles. Out-of-sample results show negative risk-adjusted returns and drawdowns vs the S&P 500—best used as a small satellite in a diversified portfolio.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
