Each week: 1) Rank the list by roughly 1‑month price trend and buy the top 3 (momentum). 2) Rank by recent selling pressure (10‑day RSI) and buy the 2 most sold‑off (mean reversion). Equal‑weight the combined picks. If crypto names look weak, it can park in T‑bill/TIPS ETFs (BIL/STIP). Around Nov 2025, move to cash/short for ~1 year, then resume.
