About

A high‑octane, switchable strategy that uses a 3x Nasdaq fund’s recent move to flip between aggressive bull baskets, aggressive bear baskets, or a calmer base mix, with bets for/against market volatility. Very concentrated and risky.
NutHow it works
It splits your money 60/40 between two switchable sleeves. Both watch a very fast Nasdaq‑100 fund (3x) as a risk thermometer. If that fund fell >11% in the past 6 days, we enter “storm mode.” On a huge 1‑day rebound (>5.5%), it leans bearish/protective; without a rebound it leans aggressively bullish and bets volatility will drop. In calm times, it holds a milder mix of broad market, tech/semis, and offsetting volatility funds.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers higher annualized returns (24.37% vs 21.07% for the S&P) with solid risk control (Calmar ~1). It’s more volatile, but offers bigger upside in tech-led markets and adaptive downside hedging.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
