About

Daily tactical mix: ride tech in uptrends, jump into volatility when markets look overheated, and park in bonds/staples when conditions are poor. Occasionally shorts Nasdaq or holds USD. Signals use simple trend and “heat” (RSI) checks.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily tactical blend. It checks trend (price vs a long-term average) and “heat” (RSI—a quick gauge of how overbought/oversold something is). In uptrends it rides tech via TQQQ (a 3x Nasdaq fund). If markets look overheated or after sharp one-day “rips,” it flips to VIXY (benefits when fear/volatility jumps). When unclear, it parks in BOND or XLP; at times it uses PSQ (short Nasdaq) or UUP (long USD).
CheckmarkValue prop
Outperform the S&P 500 on a risk‑adjusted basis: OOS return 36.48% vs 31.99%, Sharpe ~2.53, Calmar 6.73, beta ~0.78, with built‑in volatility hedging and disciplined drawdown control.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
