About

Daily, high‑octane “buy dips, sell rips” in tech/semis with a volatility kill‑switch. Goes long 3x bulls when oversold, flips to inverse/volatility when overbought, and uses bond signals to confirm or hide in cash.
NutHow it works
First, it checks if markets look calm: if a “low‑fear” gauge (SVIX) is healthy, it plays offense; if not, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL). Then it rotates daily among tech and semiconductor funds, flipping between bullish 3x funds (TECL, SOXL, HIBL) and their inverse/volatility hedges (TECS, SOXS, HIBS, UVXY) based on simple “hot/cold” readings (RSI), big one‑day pops, and quick bond‑market checks.
CheckmarkValue prop
Volatility-aware overlay to diversify a core S&P 500. It has negative beta and hedges for stress periods, but out-of-sample return is −4.1% with ~40% max drawdown—best used as a risk-management satellite, not core equity.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
